Refunds and exchanges are NOT accepted. Defective items must be claimed within 14 days of receipt or confirmed delivery date.

All defective items must request an RA # by emailing the following:
invoice#, style#, size, desc of defect, and picture(s) to RA@dee-elly.com

Please do not call regarding defective or RA claims.
All cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of purchase by emailing sales@dee-elly.com. FashionGo Messaging is not permitted.
